Idle Fabrika Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Lacivert Games tarafından geliştirilen Android oyunu Idle Fabrika (paket adı: com.lacivertgames.idlefabrika) için geçerlidir. Oyunu kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Oyunun kendisinin topladığı veriler

Idle Fabrika hesap oluşturmanı istemez; adını, e-posta adresini, konumunu ya da rehberini toplamaz. Oyun ilerlemen, ayarların ve satın aldığın kalıcı ürünlerin kaydı yalnızca telefonunda saklanır ve bize gönderilmez. Oyun bir hatayla karşılaşırsa hata kaydı yine yalnızca telefonunda tutulur; bu kayıt, sen Ayarlar'daki "Hata raporunu kopyala" düğmesiyle kopyalayıp bize kendin göndermedikçe hiçbir yere iletilmez.

2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Oyunda yalnızca izlemeyi senin seçtiğin ödüllü reklamlar vardır. Bu reklamları Google AdMob sağlar. AdMob; reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve reklamlarla etkileşim gibi verileri toplayabilir ve bunları reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için kullanır. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki oyunculara ilk açılışta bir izin penceresi gösterilir; izin vermezsen yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar gösterilir. 3. Satın alımlar (Google Play)

Uygulama içi satın alımlar Google Play tarafından işlenir. Kart ya da ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Satın alma işlemini yürüten Unity satın alma kütüphanesi, satın alımı doğrulamak için ürün kimliği ve işlem bilgisini Google Play ile paylaşır.

4. Bildirimler

Oyun, izin verirsen telefonunda yerel hatırlatma bildirimleri gösterir (ör. "Fabrikan seni bekliyor"). Bu bildirimler cihazında oluşturulur; bunun için hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Bildirimleri telefonunun ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.

5. Analitik

Oyunda ayrı bir analitik ya da kullanıcı takip hizmeti yoktur.

6. Çocuklar

Idle Fabrika 13 yaş ve üzeri oyuncular için tasarlanmıştır ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

7. Hakların (KVKK ve GDPR)

Kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve verdiğin izni geri çekme hakkına sahipsin. Oyunun kendisi kişisel veri saklamadığı için oyunu silmek, telefonundaki tüm oyun verilerini de siler. Google'ın topladığı reklam verileri için Google hesabının reklam ayarlarını kullanabilir ya da telefonunun ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayıp silebilirsin.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni metni bu sayfada yayınlar ve üstteki tarihi değiştiririz.

Idle Fabrika Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Idle Fabrika, an Android game developed by Lacivert Games (package name: com.lacivertgames.idlefabrika). By using the game you agree to this policy.

1. Data the game itself collects

Idle Fabrika does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, e-mail address, location or contacts. Your game progress, settings and the record of permanent purchases are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us. If the game runs into an error, the error log also stays only on your phone; it is never sent anywhere unless you copy it with the "Copy error report" button in Settings and send it to us yourself.

2. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game only shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch. These ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system and ad interactions, and uses it to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent form on first launch; if you do not consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. 3. Purchases (Google Play)

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. The Unity purchasing library that handles the purchase shares the product ID and transaction details with Google Play to verify the purchase.

4. Notifications

If you allow it, the game shows local reminder notifications on your phone (for example "Your factory is waiting"). They are created on your device and no data is sent for them. You can turn them off in your phone's settings.

5. Analytics

The game does not use a separate analytics or user tracking service.

6. Children

Idle Fabrika is designed for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)

You have the right to access your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Because the game itself stores no personal data, uninstalling the game deletes all game data on your phone. For advertising data collected by Google, use the ad settings of your Google account, or reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone's settings.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new text on this page and change the date at the top.
